He is currently completing the EXOS Performance Mentorship Phase 3 after finishing phases 1 and 2.
Chris's journey into fitness began in Australia, where his passion for soccer led him to take on warm-up drills for his team. Inspired by the idea of making fitness friendly and accessible for everyone, he found his calling in helping others. He finds it incredibly rewarding to witness clients' progress and celebrate their victories, big or small.
Chris earned his personal training certification from Elite Fitness Academy in Dublin, Ireland, moved to the USA in 2014 and worked at Iron Arena in New York/New Jersey. He transitioned into powerlifting, learning from the top lifters in the US, and is now a CrossFit enthusiast holding both CrossFit Level 1 and Level Method certifications. He has coached at top Dublin facilities including FitWithin and CrossFit Ireland.
An experienced personal trainer who has worked with diverse clientele across Ireland, the UK, and the US for the past decade. Colin has also mentored and certified numerous upcoming personal trainers throughout the UK and Ireland. Adapting his coaching style to the individual is the cornerstone of his practice — prioritizing holistic progress that encompasses both physical and mental well-being.

A certified Olympic performance nutritionist (DiplIOC) with the International Medical Committee, David graduated with a first-class degree in Exercise Science and Nutrition with a concentration in Performance Nutrition from the University of Westminster. He has been involved in health and fitness professional roles across multiple sectors — including APB (Canarias, Spain), NVA Global Sports Agency (UK), ESPA Life at Corinthia (UK), and Better Body Group (UK).
His knowledge in corporate wellbeing led him to develop measurable health strategies for businesses focused on proactive health coaching for employees. David brings together assessment, consulting, diet planning, and exercise prescription to provide the most advanced health services available.
Dave Scott is a coach of nearly 30 years. He's worked with every kind of clientele imaginable — from 8-year-old children to Division 1 athletes to men and women in their 80s. Most of his work has been with men and women in the "not 20 anymore" category. Being one of those people himself, he's developed both a professional and personal understanding of the challenges they face in pursuing fitness.
Dave holds a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland and is certified by NASM as a Performance Enhancement Specialist. His favorite things in life outside of his wife and children are Metallica, deadlifts, and a good steak.
